Sleeman Clubhouse at 13 (Formerly 1904 Club)

The Sleeman Clubhouse at 13 is a premium ticketed seating area between the 5th fairway and 13th fairway with views of both holes. It offers a luxurious experience with exclusive access to the 20,000 square foot club featuring tiered seating, lounge space, cover from the elements, reserved washrooms, tournament broadcast, with private bars and gourmet food options for purchase.

One ticket gives you access to all four locations. The locations will be a covered hospitality viewing deck, with Food and snacks available for purchase.

Youth Admission Policy

All youth aged 12 and under receive free grounds access when accompanied by a ticketed adult. A separate ticket is required for youth aged 12 and under to access the Sleeman Clubhouse and hospitality products, such as the Coywolf Trail or Trophy Club.

A 15 per cent discount applies to youth aged 13 to 17 on specific single-day grounds tickets and Sleeman Clubhouse tickets.

FAQ

  • If I purchase a Sleeman Clubhouse at 13 ticket, do I also need to buy a separate General Admissions ticket?

    The Sleeman Clubhouse at 13 ticket provides all the benefits of a standard Grounds ticket, with the added advantage of exclusive access to the Sleeman Clubhouse, no additional ticket required. 

  • Can I purchase tickets in person at the gate instead of online?

    Yes, beginning Wednesday, June 10, tickets will be available for purchase onsite at the Main Admissions gate. For the best pricing, we recommend purchasing in advance. Ticket offerings are subject to availability. 

  • Can I purchase post golf entertainment -only tickets without attending the golf tournament?

    Tickets are all-inclusive; your tournament golf ticket also grants access to the evening entertainment on the same day. Evening entertainment is still to be determined. 

     Tickets purchased prior to the post golf entertainment announcement will still grant you admission to the concert. 

  • Is admission free for children under the age of 12?

    Children 12 and under receive complimentary admission to the tournament grounds and enjoy the same access as a General Admission ticket. No ticket is required; they simply need to identify themselves at the gate.

  • Please note, access to hospitality areas is not permitted without the appropriate ticket. Are discounted tickets available for children?

    A 15% discount is available for individuals aged 13 to 17. Please select the “Junior Ticket (13-17 Years)” option to purchase tickets at the reduced rate. This discount applies to General Admission and Sleeman Clubhouse at 13 areas only. 

  • What accessibility services are available?

  • My offer code is not working. How can I resolve this?

    Please ensure that your offer code is entered accurately, including correct spacing and characters. 

    When purchasing tickets on Ticketmaster, click the lock icon located at the top right of the purchase screen to enter your offer code. Discounts apply only to General Admission and Sleeman Clubhouse at 13 tickets. Please note that most offers expire on June 8th.

  • I do not have a mobile device to access my tickets. What are my options?

    If you do not have access to a mobile device, physical tickets can be printed for you at the Ticketing and Admissions Tent during tournament week. Please bring your purchase invoice, valid photo identification and the credit card used for the transaction. 

  • What items are permitted at the tournament?

  • Is ticket refund available?

    All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. 

  • I have an “Any One Day” ticket. Is it necessary to notify in advance which day I will attend?

    No advance notification is required. Simply present your ticket at the gate for scanning and enjoy the tournament on your chosen day. 

  • How can I purchase tickets as a gift?

    Tickets can be purchased through Ticketmaster and then transferred to the intended recipient. By using the “Transfer Tickets” feature, you can initiate the transfer process, allowing the recipient to receive instructions and download the tickets directly to their mobile device. 

  • How can I download the Golf Canada Mobile App to view and manage my tickets?

    Download the Golf Canada App from the App Store or Google Play Store to conveniently view and manage all your tickets in one place. After signing in, navigate to “More” and select “Ticket Management” to access your tickets instantly. 

  • I am unable to locate my tickets on Ticketmaster. What steps should I take?

    Please log in using the email address and password associated with your ticket purchase. If you have forgotten your password, follow the prompts to reset your login credentials. Once logged in, navigate to “My Account” and select “My Tickets” to access and download all your purchased tickets. 

  • I am unable to view my tickets on Ticketmaster. How can I access them?

    Please note that Ticketmaster and the Account Manager are separate platforms. Since your purchase was made through Golf Canada, your tickets will not appear in Ticketmaster. To access your mobile tickets, please use the RBC Canadian Open Account Manager page. 

  • How can I manage tickets purchased directly from Golf Canada?
    1. Follow this link to access your mobile tickets: https://am.ticketmaster.com/canadianopen/
    2. Input your email 
    3. Click the forgot your password (If it doesn’t recognize your e-mail create an account, and it will marry up in our system.)  
    4. Once logged in, you will be able to retrieve your tickets to the RBC Canadian Open.   
  • What is the process for transferring tickets purchased directly from Golf Canada?
    1. Follow this link to access your mobile tickets: https://am.ticketmaster.com/canadianopen/  
    2.  Input your email that was registered for the tickets 
    3. Enable forget password or create a new password if prompted  
    4. Once you have reset your password and logged in to Ticketmaster, you will be able to transfer your tickets to the RBC Canadian Open.  
    5. Afterwards, if you are looking to transfer the tickets to someone else, you can simply select “transfer” and input the individual’s email address. Once you select confirm, the mobile tickets will be transferred over to the individual. Keep in mind that once the recipient receives the mobile tickets, they will become the owner of the ticket and any previous owner will no longer have access to it.  
  • Why am I unable to add my mobile tickets to my mobile wallet?

    When logged into Account Manager, barcodes are displayed exclusively on your mobile device. To add your tickets to your mobile wallet, rotate your device to landscape orientation on the barcode page. This will prompt the “Add to Wallet” option. Select it to save your mobile tickets to your wallet. 

  • Why am I not seeing the mobile wallet icon or receiving a prompt to add my tickets to my digital wallet?

    Rotate your mobile device to a horizontal (landscape) orientation to reveal the “Add to Wallet” icon. If your screen does not automatically rotate, please disable portrait orientation lock in your device settings. 

     

  • I have received a transfer of mobile hospitality tickets. Where can I access them?

    If you have been transferred mobile hospitality tickets, please access them by accepting the invitation email sent to you. If you encounter any issues after accepting, you can manage your tickets via the Account Manager. 

  • I purchased a Weekly pass, Four-Day pass or Any One Day pass. How can I retrieve my tickets?
    1. Follow this link to access your mobile tickets: https://am.ticketmaster.com/canadianopen/ 
    2. Input your email that was registered for the tickets 
    3. Enable forgot password or create a new password if prompted 
    4. Once you have reset your password and are logged into Ticketmaster, you will be able to retrieve your RBC Canadian Open tickets
